Gorey Tidy Towns AGM 16Th Feb 08.00pm

Gerard N Walsh was voted in as Chairperson, unopposed.
Liz Kenny Vice Chairperson , unopposed.
Cel Lacey Treasurer, unopposed
Mary Porter Secretary, unopposed
Carmel, Pat and Robbie committee members
Disappointment was expressed by the chair at the lack of representation from Local Business, Chamber and the general public at the meeting.
After a lengthy discussion in which members contemplated disbanding Tidy Towns altogether it was eventually decided that renewed efforts would be be employed to further progress the Gorey Tidy Towns objectives based on the current 3 year Plan.
Appreciation was further extended to Wexford County Council, Gorey Town Council, Fas, Committee members and all volunteers for their continued assistance and support.
Volunteers Required
Gorey Tidy Towns is seeking additional Volunteers for Sat Work 10.00am - 01.00pm
